The nearest train station is Copenhagen Central Station.
Metro
The nearest metro stop is Gammel Strand (M3/M4).
Bus
The nearest bus stop is The Royal Library, where bus 26 stops.
Bus 2A also stops near the museum, the stop is called Børsgade. Bus 31 stops at Stormbroen.
Car parking
Unfortunately, we do not have any parking spaces associated with the museum and would like to point out that it may be difficult to find parking near the museum.
There is an option for paid parking in the parking garage under BLOX: Vester Voldgade 129, 1552 Copenhagen

Entry ticket
Free admission with Copenhagen Card
Entry is free if you have a Copenhagen Card of any duration.
Discounts
Group discount: 10% off admission ticket for 10+ adult guests.
Annual pass: 20% discount on admission ticket if you come with an annual pass from The Museum of Danish Resistance, Frøslev Camp, National Museum of Denmark, the Open Air Museum, or Kronborg Castle.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Due to renovations in The Artillery Hall, we currently offer free admission for wheelchair users, as the construction results in a reduced museum experience.

The Danish War Museum does not have an elevator or other accessibility features that provide access to the first floor. Guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchair. We are working on improving access for those with walking difficulties.
Admission to the Danish War Museum is free with a companion card – it just needs to be shown at the store upon arrival.
Service dogs are welcome at the museum, but unfortunately other dogs are not.
Families with children
You are welcome to bring your own child stroller and pushchair.
There is a changing table at the museum.
Schools and groups
School classes and larger groups are welcome to visit the museum on their own.

You may eat your packed lunch at our benches in the museum courtyard or at the benches in the cloakroom.
