Conditions for the mobility impaired

NB: Due to renovations in The Artillery Hall, we currently offer free admission for wheelchair users, as the construction results in a reduced museum experience.

The Danish War Museum does not have an elevator or other accessibility features that provide access to the first floor. Guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchair. We are working on improving access for those with walking difficulties.

Admission to the Danish War Museum is free with a companion card – it just needs to be shown at the store upon arrival.

Service dogs are welcome at the museum, but unfortunately other dogs are not.

Families with children

You are welcome to bring your own child stroller and pushchair.

There is a changing table at the museum.
